1. Parents are cordially invited to the Shibir Samarop (Camp Concluding Ceremony) at the camp site on Monday 7^th October, 2013 at 10:00 am.  This will be followed by lunch.

3.      WHAT TO BRING:

• To make it easy for you to plan, we have briefly outlined what you need to bring with you to the camp.
• Dinner plate, Bowl, glass, spoon etc.
• Personal clothes, towels, toiletry (soap, paste, brush, comb etc.), 
• 2 x BED LINEN,
• Pillow,
• Sheet,
• Torch,
• Joggers,
• Mosquito/Insect repellent,
• Warm clothing (jumpers etc.),
• Your medications as necessary,
• Exercise book, Pen and pencil,

Indian Costumes (Pyjama-Kurta for men/boys and churidar or gagra for ladies/girls). 

Note: Please DO NOT bring any costly items (for example: Jewellery, electronic games, iPod/iPad etc).  Sleeping bags are not needed.

 To make this camp valuable to you and other participants, there are certain do’s and don’ts.  Please read the notes below:

• Every camp participant is bound by the rules and regulations of the camp site
• The campsite and its premises must be kept clean at all times
• The participants must comply with any requests made by the volunteers and/or the organisers.
• Observe timings for all sessions, including bed-times
