Bal / Yuwa Shibir 2013

Namaste All, 
 
Most exciting Bal / Yuwa Shibir ( Camp ) is back this year at a new beautiful and scenic location.

 
With a great pleasure we would like to announce the dates for Bal/Yuwa Shibir for 2013 as per the following details
 
Day / Date : Thursday – 19th September to 22nd September 2013.   
                      Camp Starts at 6 pm on Thursday and concludes on 22nd 12.30 followed by lunch.
 
Place           : Ferngully Lodge
                       269 Myers Creek Road
                       Healesville
                       VIC – 3777  
 
School holidays after 3rd term start from 20th Friday September and they will miss the last day of the school as the camp starts from 19th Sep, 2013.
 
As Thursday being a working day for most of us, we are planning to organise a transport ( 57 Seater Bus ) and we will get back to you with more details in due course with regards to age group, camp fees……etc
 
Please note that we have limited entries this year and therefore we request you book these days/dates in your calendar to avoid any disappointment.  
 
Details:

1. This time Shibir is conducted in two Groups .
 
     ABHIMANYU GANA ( GROUP )
 
     Eligibility – School year 7 and above – Starting from Thursday – 19th Sep to Sunday – 22nd Sep 2013
 
     Fees – $ 130 per head and $ 240 for two from the same family
 
     BHARAT GANA (GROUP)
 
     Eligibility -School year 3 to 6 – Starting from Friday – 20th to Sunday – 22nd Sep 2013.
 
      Fees – $ 110 per child and $ 200 for two from same family.
 
2. Shibir Samarop ( Camp Concluding Ceremony ) for both Groups will be on 22nd Sunday after Lunch. ( say by 1.30 pm )
 
3. One way Transport arrangement has been made for both groups on Thursday and Friday respectively starting from

    Clayton North Primary School. All Shibirarthis ( Participants ) to reach at Clayton North Primary School by 4.00 pm
    Sharp..
 
4. As parents are cordially invited on the last day of Shibir to attend concluding ceremony followed by lunch, Children can go
    back with parents and therefore return transport has not been organised for Shibirarthis ( Participants ).
 
5. Camp fees include transport

7. There will be an ON LINE Registration and Registration will commence from Monday – 29th July 2013 and will end on 4th Sep 2013. As we have limited space on Camp site, THE REGISTRATION DATE WILL NOT BE EXTENDED AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT REGISTRATION AFTER 4TH SEP 2013. WE REQUEST YOUR COOPERATION AND SUPPORT IN THIS REGARDS TO SERVE YOU BETTER.
