As we all know, this year, we are celebrating 150 birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda .
On this occasion, we are planning to organise various events throughout the year.
As a part of these celebrations we seek everyone’s support and participation in this event organised by Vasudevkriya Yoga i.e. “SURYA NAMASKAR YAGNA” on 24th – Sunday as per following details and the attached flyer. The 16 postures comprising of 1 Surya Namaskar is also attached ( 2nd page ) for your information.

HSS and VHP would like to participate in this SURYA NAMASKAR YAGNA and actively promote the event . We are sure that people from all walks of life, gender, age can benefit from Surya Namaskar, and participation in this big event will spread the message across the community.
We will be doing this Surya Yagna at the Sun rise facing the Sun. We believe that by performing Surya Namaskar, everyone gets benefited by achieving increase in our Prana Shakti and radiance, improvement of Vitamin D, improvement in digestion, eye sight, strengthening our immune system .. and in general helping to achieve the overall health. Above all we are invoking the Grace of the Lord at the time of Rising Sun to illuminate our path to divinity.

Please bring yoga mat, towel, water and some snacks if required. It is expected to last about 2 hours to complete 108 Surya Namaskara. We are starting the Yajna at 5:30AM. The details are in the brochure.
