Many thanks for such an overwhelming response to the day trip. We have crossed more than 170 people as a group which include a 57 seater Ventura Luxury Coach exclusively for Children and all parents joining in their cars. Few things to note

Instruction for Children ( PARENTS ) travelling in Bus
Bus will leave from Clayton North Primary School at8.15 am SHARP..
All children are expected to be at the venue by 7.30 am as we have to go through a process of counting, checks….etc
Please be on time to avoid disappointment. Bus will not wait after 8.15 am
It is suggested that Children should take shower & come fresh ( not compulsory ) as we will be attending Aarti & Kirtan for 30 min organised by Hare Krishna Management.
Please carry water bottles
Children should ware sports shoes + Jumper
Necessary gears depending on weather ( at present showing mostly sunny )
Instructions to Parents / Pariwars travelling in their cars
Parents travelling in their own cars have a choice either to follow the Bus from Clayton North Primary School OR reach the venue directly by 10.15 am
As the booking is done in a group, Hare Krishna management has an expectation to do a farm visit for a whole group starting from 10.30 am.
All parents to pay their charges directly to Hare Krishna Management .
There is a group of Children joining the Bus from Hoppers Crossing Station. Hence there will be a short stop over at Hoppers Crossing on our way and return journey.
Due to the next day being a working day, we are planning to leave Hare Krishna Valley not later than 3.45 pm so that we can return to Clayton North Primary School on or before 6 pm. The distance is appx 154 Km from Clayton ( nearly 2 hrs drive )
