With a great pleasure we would like to announce this year’s Children and Family Camp scheduled from 24th Sep to 27th Sep during September School holidays as per below details.
Eligibility – All kids between the age of 8-16 (grade 3-11) are welcome.
Fees – Camp Shulka – $ 225 per head and $ 400 for two children from the same family
1. Transport – Own Arrangements. Parents are advised to bring their children to the campsite by 4.45 pm as registration commences at 5 pm.
2. Shibir Samarop ( Camp Concluding Ceremony ) will be on 27th Sunday which will commence at 10.30 am and finish at 12.30 pm followed by lunch.
3. As parents are cordially invited on the last day of Shibir to attend concluding ceremony followed by lunch, Children can go back with parents and therefore return transport has not been organised for Shibirarthis ( Participants ).
4. The camp site is at Somers as per below address

5. There will be an ON LINE Registration and Registration will commence from Friday 1st August 2015 and will end on 4th Sep 2015. Please hurry up and register your Children as well as yourselves ( as parents in family camp ) as soon as possible.
