Hindu Jage Vishwa Jage
Introduction:

Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh – Cultivating Character (Sanskaar), Fostering Selfless Service (Seva), Strengthening Unity (Sanghatan).
Welcome to Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) Australia – a voluntary, not-for-profit cultural organization, committed to nurturing citizens of impeccable character and selfless service. We strive to foster unity, harmony, and positive societal integration – all in order to positively impact and contribute to the society in which we live, here in Australia.

Our Mission:
Our mission is to organise and empower the Australian Hindu community by embracing, upholding and championing the enduring core values of Sanaatana Dharma.
We aim to nurture inspiring leaders of exceptional character who may ignite positive change and foster a culture of selfless service—empowering individuals to contribute to Australian society.
Through diverse and dynamic programs, we bring these values to life, seamlessly integrating them into daily practices. Our initiatives help individuals forge a deep, enduring connection to their Hindu cultural heritage whilst making a tangible impact on the broader Australian society. Together, we build a world driven by integrity, compassion, and unity.
Our Vision:
Our vision is to inspire individuals to become global citizens who proudly uphold Hindu values of inclusivity, respect, and service, which we want to attain with our mission of fostering strong character, promoting selfless service, and encouraging unity among communities rooted in Sanaatana Dharma. By becoming individuals of high character, we aim to positively contribute to the society in which we live, which is the very foundation for achieving world peace and unity.
Core Values:
- Seva (Selfless Service): A commitment to serving humanity with humility and compassion, placing the welfare of others above personal gain.
- Sanskaar (Values and Culture): Instilling and preserving cultural heritage, ethical values, and traditions to nurture well-rounded individuals with strong moral character.
- Sanghatan (Unity and Organization): Building a cohesive and inclusive community through collaboration, collective effort, and shared purpose.
Inspired by the Vedic teaching of “vasudhaiva kuTumbakam”—the belief that “the whole world is one family”— HSS encourages the Hindu community to embrace their cultural identity whilst contributing meaningfully and inclusively to the broader society in Australia.
